PROOF_ROLE: EVIDENCE ADJUDICATION

Validation Lab

MPLP evidence adjudication surface.

WHAT_THIS_IS

Validation Lab is a proof object in the site thesis chain.

Validation Lab is an MPLP evidence adjudication surface for evaluating evidence packs under versioned rulesets. It is a project surface for inspectable evidence review, not a certification body, regulator approval mechanism, vendor certification program, or legal compliance proof.

PROBLEM_ADDRESSED

The problem it addresses is lifecycle weakness after the demo.

Agent systems often make large claims about governance, reliability, or safety without offering a visible surface for checking what evidence supports those claims.

WHAT_THIS_PROVES: EVIDENCE ADJUDICATION

Validation Lab shows that reliable work delivery needs evidence adjudication, not just architectural language. Proof must be inspectable. The project does not certify vendors, establish regulatory approval, or prove legal compliance.

SOURCE_BOUNDARY

Boundary: Validation Lab is non-certifying evidence adjudication. It is not a certification body, regulator approval, legal compliance proof, vendor endorsement, procurement recommendation, or guarantee that an agent system is compliant.

WHERE_TO_GO_NEXT

The proof graph is easier to read in sequence: lifecycle protocol, runtime path, delivery proof path, then evidence adjudication.
